Allowing for the most severe and varied conditions encountered in service, Disola M has been specially designed to ensure perfect reliability and uninterrupted engine operation. Disola M is designed for lubrication of main propulsion engines, as well as auxiliary or generator engines. Benefits of Disola M Lower maintenance and running costs Disola M provides exceptional lubrication for engines obliged to run for long periods of time at full or partial load. Disola M’s thermal resistance and oxidation stability guarantee that the ring pack is always in very good condition and allows for perfect control of piston movements and minimum liner and ring wear. Disola M’s high detergency and dispersancy properties guarantee clean crankcases, cam boxes and rocker arms, reducing the amount of cleaning required during maintenance. Disola M’s exceptional resistance to oxidation and thermal breakdown reduces oil viscosity increases and leads to significant increase in oil life. The superior properties of Disola M maintain excellent lubrication even when used in engines with small sumps. Designed and tested for the following applications Disola M has been developed for lubrication of medium and high-speed engines running on distillate fuels or marine diesel oils. Disola M can be also be used in geared transmissions, turbo-chargers, variable pitch propellers or stern tubes. It can also provide good lubrication for a variety of deck machinery or where an application requires SAE 30 or SAE 40 viscosity engine lubricant.
